Who we are
This website is run by HNO Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17410465), with its registered office at Summit House, 10 Waterside Court, Albany Street, Newport, NP20 5NT. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

What information we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, company, email address and anything you include in your message.
- When you email or speak with us: your contact details and the content of our correspondence.
- When we contact brands: business contact details, such as a name, job title and work email address, which we obtain from publicly available sources such as company websites.
- When you visit this website: basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, which is processed by our hosting and font providers to deliver the site.
We don't use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and carry out any listing review you request.
- To discuss, set up and manage a business relationship with you or your company.
- To contact brands we believe could benefit from working with us.
- To keep business and accounting records we are legally required to hold.
We rely on our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, on taking steps to enter into a contract with you, and on our legal obligations for record-keeping. We will never sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to our business with you.
If we contact you about working together and you'd rather we didn't, just tell us and we'll stop.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores contact form submissions. Netlify checks submissions for spam using Akismet, a service run by Automattic.
- Google, which provides our email service and the font used on this website.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, where needed.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, it is protected by approved safeguards: Netlify uses the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, and Google is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and also uses standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry or conversation doesn't lead to working together, we keep it for up to two years and then delete it. If we do work together, we keep business and financial records for six years after the relationship ends, as required by UK tax and company law.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
